Return Policy

Within 7 days of receiving your order.

You may return it in its original carton if items damaged or defective. We full refund to you.

You may returns items for any other reason. You should pay round trip shipping.

No items that have been used may be returned. The cost of shipping the original item, return shipment, and the cost of shipping an exchanged item, are the responsibility of the customer, in all cases except where China Trade Sky has committed a shipping or order error.

Orders Damaged in Shipping


While every effort is made in packing and correctly filling your order, occasions will arise where a package is lost or damaged in transit. To insure your order is received complete and undamaged, we recommend the following: 1. Inspect the entire shipment for visible damage prior to accepting the shipment, and note any damage on the delivery ticket/bill of lading before the delivery person leaves. 2. Unpack your order immediately and inspect for hidden or concealed damage. 3. Should any damage be discovered, retain the shipping carton and any inner packaging, request inspection immediately from the carrier as well as make a written request to the carrier. Hidden or concealed damage must be reported and an inspection requested within 5 days of delivery. Then contact us sale@chinatradesky.com to inform us of the situation. Please have your order number, shipping information and tracking number ready to assist us in this process. Do not attempt to return any item to China Trade Sky without a prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed. China Trade Sky  is not responsible for damaged items accepted and signed for at the time of delivery. China Trade Sky will pay for return shipping to our warehouse for an item that was sent to you in error, received defective, damaged in shipping (assuming the damaged product falls under the aforementioned criteria in the paragraph above), or has failed under warranty.
